• Publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of request
• In stock and available to ship from the competitor

What’s not eligible
• Clearance, open-box, last-call, auctions, marketplace/reseller listings, or pricing errors
• Contractor/trade, volume, loyalty, member-only discounts, coupon stacks, bundles, or limited-time promos
• Items priced below MAP/IMAP or where brand policies aren’t followed
• Post-purchase requests
