Synergy Light Studio – Return & Refund Policy
At Synergy Light Studio, we want you to love what you ordered. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange is needed. Below is our policy to make the process smooth and fair.
RETURN WINDOW
Standard returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order for most products.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and in original packaging with all components.
Installed, modified, or damaged items are not eligible.
Custom, special-order, or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return approval and instructions.
Ship the item back as directed.
RESTOCKING FEES
Because we source products specifically for each order, returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
These fees help cover supplier return charges and associated logistics costs.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customer remorse: Customer responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or incorrect items: We cover return shipping (photo proof may be required).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
Refunds exclude shipping and applicable restocking fees unless item was damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect orders upon receipt.
Report issues within 48 hours with photos to info@synergylight.ca
We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Custom or special-order items
Bulbs, lampshades, furniture, mirrors, accessories
Final sale or clearance items
Items missing original packaging or components
CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours if not yet shipped.
After shipment, the return policy applies.
